Returns and refunds

The short version

Our products are made to order, so we can't accept returns for fit or change of mind. But if something arrives wrong or damaged, we'll always make it right.


Something arrived damaged or defective

Please reach out within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your call. No need to ship anything back.

Wrong item received

If we (or our fulfillment partner) made a mistake, we'll fix it at no cost to you. Just get in touch within 14 days of delivery.

The item didn't fit or I changed my mind

Because each item is printed specifically for your order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer's remorse. We know that's not ideal — that's why we include size charts and product details on every listing. When in doubt, size up.

My order never arrived

If your tracking shows delivered but the package is nowhere to be found, give it a day or two — sometimes carriers scan packages early. If it's still missing after that, email us and we'll investigate. Lost packages due to an incorrect address provided at checkout are not eligible for a free replacement, but we'll do our best to work something out.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
