Terms of service

Terms of service

The Future Mrs. Darcy — last updated April 2026

The short version

We make delightful things; you buy them. These terms cover what you can expect from us and what we ask in return. Nothing surprising here.

Orders and cancellations

Because our products are printed on demand, each order goes into production shortly after you place it. For that reason, we're usually unable to cancel or modify an order once it's been submitted. Please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before you check out.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if there's a pricing error, a product has been discontinued, or something else is outside our control. If that happens, we'll let you know and issue a full refund.

Returns and refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, please reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Because these items are made to order, we can't accept returns for fit or change-of-mind, but we'll always work with you if there's a problem on our end.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and don't include shipping or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price you see when you complete your order is the price you pay.

Shipping

Shipping estimates are just that — estimates. Once your order leaves our printer and hands off to a carrier, delivery timing is up to them. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or anything else outside our control. That said, if something goes seriously sideways, get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Our designs

Everything you see here — the graphics, the copy, the store design — belongs to The Future Mrs. Darcy. You're welcome to enjoy it, share it, and wear it. You're not welcome to reproduce or sell our designs without permission.

Liability

We take care in everything we make, but we can't be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

Your information

We collect only what's necessary to process your order. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture. This store is powered by Shopify, which has its own privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Any changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the store means you're okay with them.
